Inspired by the free-spirited passion of a local gardener who cultivates her sun-kissed lemons au naturel, our latest creation is a true taste of Esperance. This unique spirit, born from James's love of Italian limoncello and a vision of local zest, captures the essence of our region's vibrant, uninhibited spirit.

We've blended hand-picked, sweet and zesty lemons (from that garden and a few other local trees), pure Esperance water, and a touch of cane sugar to create a limoncello that's as refreshing as a dip in the ocean on a summer's day.
