Cellar Door:
We operate a small cellar door in Esperance open to the public for spirit tastings and bottle sales. Our cellar door has disability access and is pet friendly. We do not offer drinks by the glass, food, toilets or tours at present. Bookings not required.

Esperance Distillery Refunds, Returns & Replacements Policy
In the event that your product/s arrive damaged in transit, please contact us to arrange a suitable solution at no cost to you.
Every effort is taken to ensure our product images and descriptions are as accurate as possible. Screen resolutions will alter colours slightly across different devices, and so there may be some minor colour discrepancies between the photographs and the actual products. Refunds will not be offered for an issue with colours of the final product where that colour has been stated in the item description.
In the event you change your mind on the size and/or colour of the product you ordered, or you have managed to accidentally order the wrong product entirely, we offer store credit for replacements provided:
- The items are returned unused; and
- You cover the postage costs of returning the item/s, as well as the new item/s being sent to you.
Refunds are offered where the product:
- Arrives with a problem that was not stated in the item description
- Is significantly different from what was advertised;
- Does not do what it was advertised to do; or
- Arrives in an unsafe state.
Refunds or replacements may be offered where the product arrives with a fixable issue, provided the cost of repair is greater than the cost of replacement. In this instance, we may cover a reasonable cost of having the issue repaired closer to where you live, or we may request the item be returned to us to fix the issue.
Refunds are not applicable in instances where you have:
- Changed your mind
- Ordered the wrong product
- Damaged the product by misusing it
- Used the product enough that the issue is a result of usual wear and tear
- Opened, worn, or used the product
In all instances, the buyer will be responsible for covering the cost of posting products back to Esperance Distillery. Please retain receipts of these costs - in the event the item is found to be damaged through no fault of the buyer Esperance Distillery will reimburse the cost of this postage. Tracked postage will then be charged to you for your return by Esperance Distillery (we get company business rates so will be cheaper for you) prior to the item being sent from the Distillery to you
We do not offer returns on opened bottles of spirits or other food items.
Products under warranty should be handled with care.
If the products arrive with visible defects, please take photos of them and send them our way. We will reach back out to clear up all the details.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

We dispatch orders every Wednesday, Thursday & Friday by 2pm AWST.
Standard delivery usually takes around 7 business days. Please note that with the state of the global pandemic, orders may arrive later than usual.
