In 2024, Esperance Distillery acquired Lisandras Distillery and with it their filled whisky barrels and copper pot stills. This smooth single malt is Esperance Distillery's third whisky single-cask release. Produced with conjoined copper stills via a traditional double pot distillation, this single malt uses 100% WA malt barley and local rain water. Curiously, this whisky has been equally aged in Perth and Esperance, resulting in a truly unique character. Best enjoyed neat or on the rocks.
