Our Coastal Vodka - borne from the sea.

This exciting release is our first using ocean-based botanicals. 

We've crafted this vodka with the intent to capture the essence of our stunning coastline. Featuring wild-foraged kelp combined with mandarin and lemon peel, this is a distinctive take on the traditional vodka.

Featuring a uniquely salty nose, this stunningly smooth grape-based vodka features a palate containing an initial lift of lemon which transitions into mandarin before ending with the smoothness of kelp and hint of grape.

Sunset Soiree

  • 30ml Coastal Vodka
  • 125ml Capi Grapefruit mixer
  • 125ml Sparkling Water
  • 2 tbs Pomegranate seeds
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1 lime wedge
  • Rosemary sprig
  • 3 Ice Cubes

Instructions

  • Blend vodka, ice cubes, lime juice and grapefruit mixer until combined
  • Pour into a collins glass, add pomegranate seeds & stir
  • Add a lime wedge & sprig of rosemary
  • Serve.
