SINGLE MALT WHISKY American Oak - Cask No2 - Lisandras Series

In 2024, Esperance Distillery acquired Lisandras Distillery and with it their filled whisky barrels and copper pot stills. This single malt is Esperance Distillery's second whisky release. Produced with conjoined copper stills via a traditional double pot distillation, this single malt uses 100% WA malt barley and Esperance rainwater. Curiously, this whisky has been equally aged in Perth and Esperance, resulting in a truly unique character. Best enjoyed neat or on the rocks.
