In 2024, Esperance Distillery acquired Lisandras Distillery and with it their whisky barrels and copper pot stills. This award-winning single malt is Esperance Distillery's first whisky release. Innovatively produced with co-joined copper stills via a traditional double pot distillation, this single malt uses using 100% WA malt barley and local spring water, best enjoyed neat or on the rocks.
